Data Protection Notice

Purpose of processing:

check-in and registration form / guest and tourist registration.

The data subject shall, upon arrival and prior to occupying his/her booked and confirmed apartment, fill in a notification form in which he/she consents to the processing of the data provided below by the Data Controller for the purpose of fulfilling his/her obligations under the applicable legislation, or for the purpose of proving compliance with such obligations, and for the purpose of identifying the data subject, for as long as the competent authority is able to verify compliance with the obligations under the relevant legislation.

Registration and completion of the registration form is based on voluntary consent, but is a condition for the use of the services.

Data subjects: all natural persons who log in to the apartments operated by the Data Controller by providing their personal data and filling in a registration form.

The purpose of data processing is to ensure full compliance with the law, to ensure the full establishment of the accommodation service contract and to prove its fulfilment, as well as to enforce any claims and to maintain contact with the data subject.

The Data Controller draws the attention of the data subjects to the fact that, with regard to the provisions of Article 6 of Act CXII of 2011, the data voluntarily provided by the data subject may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under tax legislation without the data subject’s further specific consent and even after the data subject’s consent.

Duration of data processing: in the case of data that are mandatory by law, for 5 years from the date of recording, for other data until the expiry of the limitation period for the enforceability of rights and obligations arising from the legal relationship in connection with which the Data Controller processes the personal data, for data that are included in supporting documents and support the accounting of supporting documents, the duration of data processing is at least 8 years pursuant to Article 169 (2) of Act C of 2000.
